Implicit curriculum:  what is taught by the culture of the community is also taught in the Youth and Family Ministry, you just won't find it in a book.
  • Community beliefs- how they are acted out?
  • Core Commitments - are they being adhered to?
  • Mission - are we in alignment?
  • Vision - are we all moving toward the same goal?
Null Curriculum:  What isn't taught or discussed in the community is also "taught" in behaviors of community .
